Matar quatro coelhos com uma cajadada?

Talvez porque se aproxime o início da época tauromáquica, ou só porque às vezes as grandes editoras têm gestos benevolentes sem motivos aparentes, a Matador Records decidiu dar uma ajuda à colecção dos fãs de Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks. Depois das excelentes críticas e da boa recepção a Real Emotional Trash (álbum que o Pop & Circunstância destacou no final de Janeiro), a editora americana juntou toda a discografia da banda, embrulhou-a num belo pacote de quatro CD's e deu-lhe um preço quase irresistível.
Por quarenta dólares podem receber Pig Lib, Stephen Malkmus, Face The Truth e o mais recente Real Emotional Trash.

Se todos estes argumentos não forem suficientes, há ainda mais uma surpresa: todos os pacotes trazem ainda uma cópia do single Jo Jo's Jacket numa rara e quase perdida edição em flexi-disc.

Mas a editora nova-iorquina não se fica por aqui! Numa semana cheia de actividade, há mais surpresas para os mais atentos a novas sonoridades. Pela primeira vez, a lista de sugestões da Matador para audições nos próximos meses está disponível gratuitamente para downloand digital. O conjunto de doze faixas, desde músicas de álbuns recentemente editados a músicas de outros que só verão a luz do dia daqui a uns meses, está à distância de um clique aqui! Para que não falte nada, o ficheiro em formato zip traz ainda o artwork para aqueles que queiram gravar e guardar esta compilação na sua colecção.
